1. Scope
These terms govern your use of Witnium Origo, operated by Witnium Technologies AB, a Swedish company. By creating a workspace you agree to these terms.
2. Workspaces and accounts
A workspace is the contractual unit. The first user to create a workspace is its owner and may invite additional members. Owners are responsible for the conduct of their members.
3. Credits and billing
Origo is sold as credits. Credits are consumed per action and never expire. The free tier provides 50 credits per month, refilled automatically. Paid credit packs are non-refundable once consumed.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload material you have no right to process, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use Origo to draft documents intended to defraud, harass or facilitate illegal activity.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the content you upload. Witnium retains all rights to the platform. Outputs generated for you are yours to use, subject to the rights of the underlying source material.
6. Limitation of liability
Origo is a tool for legal professionals, not a substitute for professional judgment. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms. On termination you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.
8. Governing law
Swedish law. Disputes are resolved in Stockholm District Court unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
